I had a recent appointment (December 2020) with Jackie who was FAB! A big thank you for being so helpful and understanding, Jackie was very engaged and helped me perfectly as I had to attend the appointment alone. She encouraged me to call my best friend on Facetime at my first try on to get her advice and then helped take some photos that I could share of the dress that I love. I came back first thing the next day to retry and Jackie patiently waited while I called up another friend to seek her opinion via video call and then helped me with a video that I could send on to my Mum. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service - you are a real natural at what you do and you really helped to put me at ease. Not only did Jackie spend lots of time supporting me, she also made me feel special and took time to get to know me. I can’t wait to come and collect my dress in the new year and am so happy I went with Morgan Davies. THANK YOU!

After having a bit of a disastrous start to my wedding dress shopping, Morgan Davies Bridal were very kind and welcoming and managed to fit my appointment in with very short notice. I came on my own to my appointment, feeling quite anxious and Julie was absolutely lovely and made feel completely at ease. Despite all of the restrictions at the moment Julie made my appointment fun and relaxing and I even found MY dress. There was another lovely lady working that day (I didn't catch her name) however she was also very kind and commented how I looked in my dress. I just want to say a huge thank you and I am looking forward to coming back and picking up my dress! Nicky :)
I wasn’t sure what to expect before going wedding dress shopping but Jackie was brilliant, put me at ease and made my experience really enjoyable. I managed to find my dream dress - overall a great experience!
I visited the Hitchin boutique and I was looked after by Raquel. There was a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble for Raquel - she was helpful, informative and just really lovely! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this bridal shop to anyone who is looking for a dress.
Thank you Jackie for making wedding dress shopping such a fun and memorable occasion for my Mum and I, despite COVID restrictions. Jackie is professional and has great knowledge of designers and styles to suit everyone. I went into Morgan Davis with no idea of what I wanted, and left having purchased my dress!
