Mycore Pilates provides a friendly, professional studio. It's experienced teachers take care to cater for specific client needs and injuries. I really enjoy my mat and reformer classes. I come out feeling more flexible as well as calm. Thank you Mycore team.

Absolutely fabulous studio! Great location in the Hitchin town centre. I usually go to Monday evening classes and Sarah is just amazing highly recommend her classes & the reformers.
Mycore is such a stunning studio and all the team are really friendly and helpful. I tried the Reformer classes which were fab and Sarah was a fantastic teacher. Highly recommend!

My Ostiopath suggested I go and do Pilates, because I suffer from a bad back. I discovered Mycore Pilates and I must say that my regular lessons on the reformer are really helping. I would recommend reformer and Mycore to anyone. Thank you so much!
