Came out to price job, no pressure in and out, came back 5 weeks later to do job. Done to a great standard by polite helping men. Also half the cost of other quotes we had received by other companies. Thank you.
Don't be swayed by the five star reviews on here and the five star reviews on their site (funny that there are no four or three star reviews on there). This is a awful, shoddy, incompetent company. I have had trouble with the patio doors, there are draughts through the windows. All their manager goes on about is the great products which are not that good. I experienced rude and unprofessional customer service and when I complained I was told that she was like that because her husband was ill. Avoid this company at all costs. An update to this previous post two weeks on. Sitting here with a patio door that will not close or lock in sub zero temperatures, not able to go to bed as a burglar could walk in. It is 10.50pm and have phoned this company requesting a engineer come out and fix the door only to get a answermachine message saying that they are closed until 2nd January. Nice touch!!!! If i could give minus stars rating i would.
