A truly outstanding operation. More than friendly, highly efficient and extremely knowledgeable. All the staff, led by the excellent Silpesh Patel, are always on hand to provide comforting and expert advice along with a very quick and easy repeat-prescription service. They also stock all the well-known and frequently needed counter items at very competitive prices. I'd recommend this independent and well-run pharmacy to everybody!

Moved to Nu Cross from Boots, what a change, no more mix ups or hassle. Friendly staff and never any problems picking up a prescription.
Just had a flu jab there. It was very reasonably priced and the whole process was smooth and fast. Injection itself was delivered expertly - quick and painless.
Very grateful for the advice, medication and follow up phone call from the pharmacist. It was reassuring to have this level of support from an experienced professional and know that he would review my symptoms and progress in a few days. My repeat prescriptions are also ordered by Nu-Cross and I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Many Thanks.
Fast and efficient service. The staff are all helpful and friendly. This is my pharmacy of choice in Hitchin.
My daughter had an eye infection which was quite swollen. We were seen by the pharmacist, who gave her some antibiotics and they worked a treat. This is the level of professional service I would expect. What went above and beyond was that we had a phone call a few days later from the pharmacist to check on her and make sure she was reacting well to the medicine. This key move reassured me and ensured no further visit to our GP was required. Excellent all round service.
When asked of Prescription process for ex wife I was advised one way but, another member of staff advised uncareingly otherwise....this used to be a good pharmacy and I moved my ex wife's prescription there, but in my opinion is not as good at present
