Guro's pilates classes changed my life. Just at the point I thought I couldn't feel any more shattered (I'd had two kids in two years and felt physically drained), I started going to her classes. Within a month I noticed muscles forming where I'd never had them before. In three months I felt stronger and more able to carry my kids. Within three years I ran a marathon - shaving a massive 55 minutes off my previous best time I'd got (before kids). Nothing else had changed (weight/nutrition the same) - the difference was pilates with Guro. I never would have thought I would be stronger in my 40s than ever in my life, but I am, thanks to Guro and her brilliant teaching style and lovely, calming studio.
