I originally went on just eat but then went directly through the website. Smooth experience and the lady who delivered was so polite and courteous. My partner who doesn’t like cheese orders without (weirdo) and he loved it. Will be returning for the good value and high customer service!

I really like the pizza. Always freshly made. Good value of money. Small personality pizza with 2 toppings and a drink just 2.99!
Decent enough pizza I guess, but good god, the cost!! Ordered a take out via Just Eat and two pizzas, one small one medium (just about enough for two people with light appetites) cost about 33... I could go to Pizza Express and eat in for two, with beer, for less. If I spent 33 at Curry Express I could feed a family of 4, not two church mice. Not a thin crust, more an American style pizza and horrendous cost, I will not be back.
Very poor customer service. I ordered a pizza online, my money was taken from my account, no pizza. I phoned Hitchin Pizza Go Go, and was told it was nothing to do with him and to phone Head office to sort it out. I called HO and got no answer so left a message to call me, no call back. I called Go Go and was told that I had to pay again. No one is taking responsibility. Has anyone else had a bad experience with Pizza Go Go?
