I've used pizza hot for about three years they do great food and deals and they are very helpful and the delivery is that fast its unbelievable its the only pizza I eat. Thank you pizza hot keep up the good work. Thomas Letchworth.

Pizza is terrible. Normally have had burger and chips and chicken and chips. Previously gave me the wrong chicken and AGAIN tonight i asked for no leg chicken for my friend and ordered three pieces of chicken and got two legs. Needless to say my friend could not eat it as she detests legs like myself. They made no offer to replace and i got no apology other than that they were busy. Well they wont be so busy same time tomorrow as we shall not be using them ever again. Too much choice in Hitchin if you want a delivery.
Been using these for years and no complaints but just lately the last 3 times was told delivery would be 40-50 mins turned up 1hour and 40 mins later and then only Luke warm time to look for another pizza delivery must be losing loads of money
