Brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for Natalie - even though it was my cats first cattery stay & she was still hissing and spitting at the other cats when she was leaving. Very clean with much larger pens than I've seen at other catteries. Delightful location - and because its so out of the way, based on a farm, Natalie is able to have really long flexible opening times - a huge plus as I live in central London and the journey time can be very variable.
