As well as the fantastic indoor fireplaces and stoves range, you also offer loads of chimineas, firepits and other things for the garden, including the fuel. There was a huge selection! We got a really good chiminea to replace our “well loved” one (which only had one leg left!). You also helped us with fuel for our BBQ smoker – it’s been really hard to get good value, long-lasting wood for this. You really helped with advice on the best fuels to buy and I’ve been really impressed with the quality (and value for money!) Even better, you hand delivered everything as soon as it arrived with you: really going above & beyond!

Excellent all round experience from this company, friendly knowledgeable showroom staff making the decision of which gas fire to purchase easy for us. A first class fitting service carried out by Colin Miller, he was friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, worked cleanly, took a real pride in the quality of his work and went to a great deal of effort to find matching house bricks required when our old fan assisted outlet was upgraded to a new balanced system. We love our new fire, as Colin said on the day, it really has transformed our lounge. Thanks Pure Stoves and a special thanks to Colin, great job.
