On first contact Satchells seemed a good choice and offered a fair price. However I feel they have not acted on my best interests often going against my wishes and on numerous occasions I have had calls from them that have ended with me in tears and on one occasion my mother having to hang up on them as they would not let me end the call. It has got to the stage now where I have had to go to the onbusdman with telephone recordings and letters. I have had perfect service from other agents involved in the sale of my property which has made Satchells poor service stand out so much more.
