As always, a professional, efficient and thorough service. My family and I travel from London to visit Mr. Akay for eye care. I originally found this optometrist when I was desperately searching for someone to help me with finding suitable contact lenses (I am VERY short sighted). Mr. Akay had incredible patience and perseverance to help me to find a suitable lens for which I am incredibly grateful. I can not fault the service that the whole team at Shepherd and Akay Optometrists deliver. Thank you! :)

Over the past 2 years have been in twice for eye test etc. I found right from the start that this opticians were so keen to assist and very professional indeed. Both the receptionist and the opticians on both occasions were so helpful and explained everything. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit on both occasions and would not hesitate to visit the shop again in Hitchin.
