Trevor knows our venue so well that he is able to give clients the best advice when looking for a venue. He is efficient, professional and always replies to emails quickly. Trevor was absolutely brilliant in helping us find a wedding venue, even though it was at quite short notice! He couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient, and really seemed to understand our particular requirements and tastes. I had been feeling quite stressed about finding a venue, but Trevor immediately put my mind at rest and made the whole process seem simple and easy, and within a week of starting to look, he had organised us viewings at several suitable venues, one of which (Ash Barton) we hadn’t spotted ourselves on the website, but which met all our requirements and was just as beautiful as Trevor had promised. We booked a week long holiday let with The Country Castle Company earlier this year. The staff were so informative and helpful every step of the way. They helped us select the right property for our family group and everyone had fantastic time!
