I had a facial, luxury back, neck and shoulder massage as well as a pedicure at Cove which was refurbished to an impressive standard during the Lockdown. Nicola was the staff member who attended to me and she was very good. I felt so relaxed when I left there. The facial and pedicure were good though I have been more pampered at Cove in the past and would have liked to have my feet filed as part of the pedicure. That said the new equipment was luxurious! Thanks Nicola.

Massively overpriced for what it offers - we've been here twice now for massages and while the actual treatment itself was very good both times, the therapists completely ignore the thighs. I'm not sure why this would be the case - it's a big part of your body and yet it gets ignored entirely. This was when I specifically asked that my legs be concentrated on. The prices at this place are on par with London (in some cases more so) - so there's really no excuse - at least inform people beforehand as it is rather bizarre. The therapists themselves are lovely and the staff are very friendly - but it's this small (?) issue that would prevent me from going back, esp given the cost of the treatment.

I booked in for a wax and was terrified, but the lady was super friendly, professional and efficient! I felt very comfortable. The salon also had a nice ambience, I would definitely go back.
