Its been a tradition for years throughout my family to go to this fish and chip shop for special occasions, and ive never had a bad meal from this place. Definitely, hand on my heart, the best chippies in hitchin. 10/10 would recommend

Lovely fish, chips, pies and the staff know your name if you're a regular. Open on Mondays! Usually open all day, but you need to check opening first with your phone because of Covid-19. Fish contains very nearly all the different vitamins you need as well as protein. The chips are healthy. Great value for money here, too.
The worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. I only went here as Murphy’s was closed until 2nd Feb. Murphy’s is far superior in every way! Chips are mushy, and bland with no taste, the haddock tasted bland and watery and not of any fish. The large chips, were in my opinion a small, didn’t have enough at all! Overall a terrible experience.

Ordered through just eat and my drinks and curry sauce were not delivered, rang the shop and did receive an apology but was told that I would get them free next time. I hope they got my name from the just eat order as I wasn't asked for it just told they would remember!! Not very professional in my opinion It was actually 3 x 500ml drinks and a curry sauce amounting to 6.55, an offer of a refund would have been nice
