A few questionmarks with this one... We rented a bike... Let's start with the good stuff: very friendly reception by Rui, a great bike in good condition (Vstrom) and absolutely fair prices. But returning the bike was a nitemare. Very distrustful reception by Jorge, he was objecting to some old scratches on the bike (which had been properly registered and photographed by Rui when we took over the bike). We then had to wait for his colleagues to call him back for quite some time. Now, funny enough, if you scroll down a few reviews from here - you will find a review from a very angry customer (Ryan Wayne) who was charged for the very same scratches!!!). Also, when you rent a bike here, you have to leave a deposit of EUR 2500,- (no kidding!). This deposit was still not returned to the bank account (we are still waiting ((the next day)). Also, there was a huge bank commission for the money transaction (EUR 120). And in regards to the audacious, unapologetic answer of the owner (below) : excellent... So the fact that a customer does not show their shock about a bold deposit request, proves what? And when the deposit is converted into a payment without proper declaration - it is fraud.
Staff not very friendly, but top expert when it comes to servicing your bikes. Price is below average, considering top quality of the mechanics
Great Kawasaki dealer, walked-in, tried the bike I wanted (the guys arranged it for me if it was not for test ride) and bought it. Servicing ot here now.
Rented a 125cc scooter here to try out. The Process was really simple and Pedro was super straight forward and helpful.
Excellent costumer service and fast as well! Bought my bike there and would buy again! Recommend!
