Overpriced. I bought the ticket for USD 14. The real price should be USD 10 AND The driver will drop you at an unknown street. I took bus from Phnom penh to Ho Chi Minh. The destination is KUMHO SAMCO BUSLINE OFFICE at Backpacker Street in HCM, but the drop point that I got was somewhere, very random location that is FAR from the destination (kumho samco office) and on the dark, sidewalk of a street. I had to walk like 500m to find a proper place to order grab. The driver and the crews don't speak English at all. They stopped very often. The arrival was late 1 hour than the schedule.
