We changed from cable with a speed of 100 We upgraded to 400 and it is so fast on download and upload. Worth every penny and rates were lower. Fiber is only way to go.

Worst service ever. Had my internet installed AWAY from my desktop, so now I have a 24 ft ethernet cable running across my floor. Not only this, but the tech didn't try to fix the one directly under my desktop. ON TOP OF THAT, I was supposed to receive 232 mbs, and I get a whopping 1.5 mbs, so amazing; I get internet speeds a rock would be able to handle. Not only this, the customer service is garbage. From hanging up to not fixing the issue AND technicians are NOT able to come out for DAYS.
