The sad reality is this school is no longer what it was. Since the rebuild of the school in 2014/2015 it hasn't been the same, and i don't think they can ever recover it. They've actually spent so much money on the build of the school that they cannot even afford to pay their own teachers - hence the employment of cheaper and less qualified teachers. The sixth form is better and produces more respectable grades, although it is ran ultimately by a big bully himself. The things i hear from other people which he has supposedly said to many students would inevitably lead to his departure i'm sure.

This is the school that everyone that got kicked out of Fitz goes to, and you seem to do a good job at keeping them in so we don't risk getting stabbed on the way home from school, so you get two stars. Thanks

I worked here from 2010 till 2018 as a teaching and learning assistant and I am proud to have been a part of the team. The academy is a very safe and high performing secondary school that specialises in developing the minds and skills of students from the district of Hockley, Rochford and Rayleigh in Essex. Although the intake of new students has varied and constant government cuts has seen many public schools fail, Greensward is a member of the Academies Enterprise Trust (AET) and with their support Greensward has continued to perform at the highest level.
