First time seeing David today ..and never have I been to a dentist that takes the time to listen to what is actually going on ... past history and general health before your mouth even gets looked into! I have always been nervous in the dentist chair - but along with support and help from the rest of the staff I felt comfortable and relaxed. \Private?... yeah loads of money\ I hear you cry .. well all I can say is that seeing David today he has actually saved me hundreds by Not taking the advice of my NHS dentist and having several (painful proceedures) and today was more about what's going on in MY mouth and what can be done and worked with naturally!! How impressive ... Also my parents recommended me.. as they see John ... my mum being disabled in a wheelchair it's hard for them to get in and out for appointments anywhere ... John goes above and beyond to help them ... 100% satisfaction 100% relaxed To all the polite and helpful staff ... Thank you all so so much x

My mother attended your practice today, only to be screamed at by your ill-mannered receptionist. She broke a tooth over the weekend and is some considerable discomfort, requiring dentistry. When she arrived for her scheduled appointment, the receptionist informed her that the dentist had been called away and would not see her today. When my mother politely informed the receptionist that she would have to seek treatment elsewhere due to the pain, the receptionist began on an abusive rant at my mother, leaving her in tears. The facts of the matter are, that the receptionist failed to leave a message informing my mother of the cancellation, then while my mother was in pain in the surgery, thought it be wise to scream at her... Unacceptable in every aspect. Avoid at all costs.
