I found Regency Building Services on the ‘check a trade’ website and after getting a free quote to knock a wall through, I decided to proceed with the work. The work was performed to the highest quality, and I was very impressed with how quickly it was done. Ken was very polite and friendly too, and made an effort to the keep the place very tidy after the work was performed. I would highly recommend Ken and his company to anyone that needs building work done.

I can highly recommend Regency, having used them for various projects over the last few years, including a new roof and gutter clearing work. Always arrive when they say they will and complete work as agreed, to a high standard. Good prices too.

We have been using Regency Building Services for 12 years now on various renovation projects. Ken was highly recommended by a friend after being let down half was through an extension. Ken is our go-to guy for any building work. Over the last few years he has carried out a couple of roofing repairs, external rendering, various room renovation projects including new window sills, floor screeding and tiling. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of building work and always sorts out little bits and pieces that need doing as well as the contracted jobs. Prices are always reasonable too. I strongly recommend Regency for pretty much any building work.

Ken and Lawrence completed a complete refurbishment on our own bungalow adding a new extension and knocking out three walls making the back of the bungalow open plan adding a kitchen to one side and completing with bifold doors looking out to the garden . I absolutely loved the end result and would definitely recommend Regency Building Services .
