Absolutely awful I was made to feel bad about the bike I had and they laughed at the make of my wife's bike and said I would always have problems with a bike like that. I wanted the bikes repaired and not to be talked down to. When I asked for a part for the bike I was just pointed in the direction of where they were and not told what the appropriate part was for my bike. It was clear I wasn't a bike expert however the staff were not at all helpful. I have since taken my bike to a different shop in Benfleet and got a totally different response. I would rather carry my bike home than to use Revolutions and deal with their staff.
