Adam has done an amazing job helping me back to recovery after my shoulder op back in March. I only met Adam once in person before lock down, but we kept up with the meetings via video calling. Adam has given me the confidence to progress from not even having the strength to do some basic movements, with gradual steps between meetings, to now being in the gym, and back to a stronger position than I was in back before my shoulder injury and then operation. Thank you Adam - great coaching and in a very simple to understand way with great results, even though not actually meeting more than one. Highly recommended

I had a really painful shoulder that was causing me problems when working. It was stopping me from exercising and most importantly playing golf. I went to see Adam and he did a very thorough examination and root cause assessment. He started me on some exercises which we tweaked after the second appointment as well as changing my posture at my work station... by the third appointment the pain was greatly reduced and by the fourth and final appointment I am pain free and enjoying golf again! I only visited Adam for 3 sessions when he referred me to see an orthopaedic specialist. During those 3 sessions I found him very professional but also warm and welcoming as I was very nervous about attending physio. Adam gave me gentle exercises to do at home after each session which I found did help ease some of my discomfort and even after seeing my specialist and being diagnosed with frozen shoulders I have continued with those exercises and I find they are helping with my recovery. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Adam, he is a genuine kindhearted person who is passionate about helping you recover from your injuries

Slipped a disc in my neck causing me pain. Reduced my movements to the point were I had to look straight ahead just to be comfortable. Sleeping was disrupted and picking up my son was out of the question. After the first visit my pain was reduced massively and I had the motion back. 6 visits later and I’ve been discharged with full motion and no pain. Excellent service, very friendly and professional. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks again A Mackie
