Contacted for the quote for extractor fan and oven. The reply was we don't deal with extractor fans. Is this not domestic appliance? It says on your website domestic appliances repair. Anyways, we also had malfunctioning oven. But no clarification, no further communication, no explanation. How about No Call Out Charge if you can't reply to an email properly. Wasted my time contacting them.
