Being polite and professional wouldn't hurt, they're a shade away from being confrontational. Very disorganised. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with them.

Goods in staff are the most rudest and argumentative people I have met because in her words I'm not in a mood and she dosnt like facts stating to her. Always late when our book in times are from 5:00 am but never turn up till about 5:30 then they piss about with you standing there getting ignored or dont want to let you in and leave you out side in the pissing down rain. So its gone 6am before your seen. Useless. Hopefully you lot close down.
