I texted Mark late on Friday night as I had burnt my wooden floor with coal, (from a Shisha pipe, parents were away on holiday until Tuesday) As you can imagine I was in panic mode! I texted Mark with desperation for an answer, and advice and he replied right away giving me all the information and options I could take. I spoke to a couple of people and they all only gave me one option, which was to re sand the whole floor, which was extremely expensive. However Mark gave me other options which were a lot cheaper and which gave me the same result! I needed someone to come to my property and fix the floor before Tuesday, and despite him being on annual leave, he still came to my house on Monday morning at 9AM to get the job done. He is very professional, and has a great attention to detail. He charge me a fantastic price, and I can't thank him enough, for not only fixing my floor but also reassuring me, and feeding me all the information required on all routes I could take in order to fix the floor before Tuesday! He sanded the floor down and oiled over it it! He is a lovely guy and I would definitely use him again! Thank you again Mark!!
