We needed the help of Mr Unique last week. The staff are superb. Very polite and helpful and they sorted our problem out in less than 15 minutes. We have used them before and they will always be our first preference in the future if required.

I took My SAAB there for a simple regas of the air-conditioning or so You would of thought. Waited two hours for it as they said there was a block in the line???? They said it would not be done that day, so I got a lift there the following afternoon. It was still not done. Waited another hour and a half they said they had finally got it done but there was a problem which was they had put 10 bar of pressure through the system. The system operates on only 2-3 bar (Check this with SAAB'S parts successor Orio, owned by the Swedish government) By putting that amount of pressure through the system they had blown two of the air conditioningon pipes. So the gas found its way out of the car by the time I left there garage. I took it to a SAAB specialist this week, and had the pipes replaced. They asked why on earth had Unique's put that amount of pressure through the system. Whic was close to 4 times the pressure it runs on. I had to pay 60 just for them to release My car. The amount i had to spend to repair the damage is shown on My second invoice. I am not sure if I am going to contact the trading standards dept or go to the small claims court, which I have no problem in doing before. Over something else.

Called for an enquiry in regards to the labour cost of a oxygen sensor replacement. In two forums they were suggesting about 30 labour cost. This shop quoted 180 just for labour when other shops had quoted me 200 with the part. I asked twice if I have heard them correctly. Since I had already purchased the part I found a larger shop in my area that quoted 45 plus VAT for the labour (not 30 but surely not 180 as Mr Unique asked for). For 10' job that was more than enough. Will think twice to call them again..

Don't help with simple requests. In update to the responce this isnt a spam review. If a simple request cant be dealt with even if the customer is willing to pay for the services provided. Also for them to say that I havent been a customer in the past is a lie. If google wants proof that I have been a customer I can provide it.
