Just been for a check up at North House practice. What I liked is that Dr Ram and the team treated me as an individual. Dr Ram is very patient and took the time to explain everything relating to my treatment. All my questions were answered and some excellent advice given. I was encouraged to make decisions at my own pace. All Covid protocols are in place so I felt very safe as well.

I am fully satisfied with Dr Ram and his team. They are very professional and always takes the time and care to explain routine issues. They have spent time in getting in touch with the right hospital for additional support and care that is required in my particular case. High regard to hygiene and cleanliness. Would highly recommend them.
Mr Ram and his team are very professional in every aspect of dental practice. He is very polite and courteous and takes his time to ensure that I am relaxed and at ease to carry out the procedure. I am a nervous person and Mr Ram puts me at ease and informs me at all times of what he is doing.
First visit to Dr Ram last week and was made to feel at ease and relaxed, he is professional and explained everything going on in simple terms to understand. Still open during the current lockdown, and felt very comfortable with the safety measures taken.
I am not one to write reviews but felt the need to as I honestly could not be happier with my result and quality of care given throughout by Dr Ram and his team. I have always been apprehensive when it comes to going to the dentist but this has all changed since being treated here. The clear fact is that from day one the level of care Dr Ram and the team have for their patient is second to none and that has been true throughout the entire process. I was initially keen to have veneers but upon Dr Rams advice , decided to go for Invisalign with edge bonding. This allowed me to keep the teeth I already have and spent so many years looking after and am so happy I was advised of this route as opposed to just seeing the pound notes potentially on offer. Dr Ram and his team were always on hand to advise, reassure and help me through step by step and I am over the moon with the final result. I think the thing that stood out most isn’t just about the result itself, it is more the fact that Dr Ram is genuinely a really good guy with genuine care for customer satisfaction. This is something that become more apparent during the various appointments I had with him. Thank you again for everything and I look forward to seeing you all soon
