Fantastic place to unload, Wait almost an hour to get on bay and then wait another hour for them to put the ramp on to tip, Great service, Other DC’s should learn and come here to see how it’s done

I was a middle manager here from 2007 to 2013 and I have to say they were some of challenging years of my life. If you weren't part of the clicky crowd then you were quickly segregated and there was no path back from that point. Saw poor management, I had money withheld after paternity leave, the communications were nothing short of abysmal, then there were huge amounts of unqualified/inexperienced people in delicate positions, class divisions and a bullying culture. I can't speak for what it is now, but apart from a small handful of people I'm so glad to have severed ties with this company permanently and I have to say even 7 years on I still think of how I was and others were treated back in those days. Over the years I've met other ex employees who have mirrored what I had said and most of these people have landed on their feet in better run companies. I can't talk about what it is now, but I assume it's not much different. But I could be wronf .
