Got cod and chips and a curry sauce. Food is bang on here, the fish batter was crispy and the cod was juicy. The chips cooked well and not super greasy. The staff are great set of lads, friendly. I only spoken to one but I'm going to paint the rest of them with that positive brush. Also they are very conscious of the current restrictions, asking you to wait outside while the order is prepared, keeping all parties safe.

I went there today, normally the standard is good. I did not order the Lunch Time Special, ( even though it shouldn't have made any difference to the Quality, only portion size ). I had two lots of Fish and Chips. Both Fish were Good. The Chips were not and looked liked they were from the previous day. Nearly half of the Chips had a variety of markings; black marks in, evidence of potato skin on the outside and dried up or over fried/chippy. I have included two stars because of the two Fish. Not a Happy Customer on this occasion!

Lovely, friendly staff who asked how the food was whilst eating. The fish and chips tasted really good. We ordered 3 lots of lunch time special fish & chips for 5 and a can of drink only cost 50p if you were buying the lunch offer. The fish tastes fresh and of good quality. I'd definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.
