I first got in touch when I relocated my business from Dubai to London after lots of calls with various Vending/Coffee Machine companies. The knowledge Sam had of all the machines and his friendly relaxed approach regarding the sale sold me near enough instantly and I signed the next day. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Their guys come to refill my machine regularly and I've had absolutely no trouble with anything to do with my machines. They give you full training on maintaining and cleaning. They were also one of the few companies that didn't tie me into a contract of purchasing coffee through them for supplying my coffee machine. I had no pressure to use their own roasted beans but Sam sent out a trial for me just to try and I was blown away, all my clients comment on it. I will be expanding in the near future and won't use anyone else now. Blown away by the service.

Do not make the mistake and get anything from this company! Customer service is terrible and I have coffee machine from them and after 6months the screen light was loosing power. Now im struggling to get any repair without paying alot of money. At first they tried to say that this was because we was not cleaning well even tho we clean every single day. Its now been 2 months with no display screen at all so we are unable to even use the machine in our restaurant.

Don't normally review but had to with this one. I was quite nervous about purchasing my machine, however the informative, professional and speedy service I received from the team at Vending Sense put my mind at ease very quickly. I initially purchased a machine outright for my home and am now leasing two for my offices. I get all my consumables from then and the blend of coffee they sent as a taster is absolutely beautiful and all we drink now. I use all their recommended blends and can't recommend the Hudson blend enough! My staff and clients constantly comment on it. I just cannot fault the service I receive despite my earlier concerns. Consistently trustworthy and efficient service. I'm so happy and impressed with them. Special thanks to Sam my account manager for answering my millions of questions and being on so on-hand with all my queries. Thank-you so much guys
