I am sad to say that this company has treated my family disgustingly We are a hard working family and wanted to rent a property for our two sons one of which is completing his law degree and the other doing his apprenticeship and both working. Since the visit we have called via properties at least in excess of 10 calls The reason for our call was to put in an application for a property that has been available for a while now and is still available. Every time we called we was told That the young man (Ollie) was off.This went on for 10 days and when we asked if someone else would kindly help us they repeatedly said that they will take my details and someone will get back to me which just did not happen. We all called and was told the same thing until eventually we called and Ollie answered and at that point he stated the landlord has decided to rent to his friend. However this property is still being currently advertised on Via Properties and multiple sites as available to let We also called regarding another property only to be told we would be called back but yet again nothing. This kind of behaviour raises concerns with regards to Via properties professionalism and has we have completely lost faith in their promises. This is unfortunate as there are a number of lovely properties which they are advertising for let, however if the despicable service we received is anything to go by we would not recommend this Letting Agent to serious buyers/ tenants/Landlords or people with an Ethnic background.
