I was booked for the wrong treatment and was rushed off because the other clients were waiting to start their treatment. Not very happy ...have to say the first time I visited a year ago it was an amazing experience...this time around not so much.... Hope they will improve and sure they will... Gel was done perfectly on toes.

Avoid Anna at all costs. I booked at Africology for waxing, eye brow shaping, facial and a massage. I got to the eyebrow shaping and asked for a slight arch. She waxed off all of my eyebrows at some points bar a line of a couple of hairs. She just lacked the talent and skill to perform the service, which should be quite basic training. It was such an atrocious job and then she kept smirking and smiling every time she looked at what she did and barely attempted to fix it in a client-focussed way. She never even apologised for the poor service and was very unprofessional and very rude. The owner had to drive in and provide an eye brow tutorial so that I can draw on the missing parts of my eyebrows for the next 4 weeks until it grows back. They provided a makeup kit that I could use to do this at the end. Anna simply lacked the skills to even offer this solution. Unfortunate exeprience because the owner was wonderful and I would recommend you book in with her.

Enjoyed the services. The ladies there were very friendly and welcoming. Was just disappointed we were not given gowns to wear, however I enjoyed regardless.

As you open the front door to Africology, you know that you have arrived at a place of calm. And Tranquility. And healing. Your voice gets softer as you breathe in all of the calming aromas. I had a bad skin hand condition due entirely from spraying sanitisers. ( Dr confirmed this diagonosis and it is not contagious at all) Ranga was gentle and thorough as she shaped and painted my nails for me. I left feeling so much happier with life after such a good pampering. Kelly and Nadya always friendly. Positive. And so welcoming! Well done ladies !!
