SUSTAINABLE EATERY without the use of plastics \u003e Tucked away in the 'Zeetoren' behind the dunes of Hook of Holland and in front of a big (free) parking lot is PLSTK. Their goal is to become a 100% plastic-free establishment. Until now they've reduced their plastic use to 90%! They have well-sized dishes for every taste and every mood. A lot of vegan options. Like this jackfruit-kerrie (curry) salad. Also, the slow-cooked pork belly is worth a try! The food in combination with the location and view makes this an extraordinary place to go to. Amazing location, stylish decor, good service and food. Definitely worth a visit when in the area. I highly recommend taking the \secret\ back entrance.
