This is where we bought our jeep. The Personnel are friendly every time we have questions and we were good advised about our doubts ...so there was no reason why we were not satisfied with there sale stalk. Now we have our Jeep. :-) Dream come true.

I do not recommend this garage under any circumstances. I bought a vehicle and 6 months later a catalyst failure occurs. So I go to the dealer to do the repairs because the car is still under warranty. Unfortunately the dealer noticed that the vehicle has been reprogrammed previously. As a result, I lose the manufacturer's warranty and I am obliged to pay for the repairs. The person who sold me the car doesn't give me any solutions and takes at least 1 week to answer between each email. A shame. A garage that doesn't take these responsibilities seriously...

My car broke down, when I was driving with from Munich to Berlin and it was towed to MGS Hof on Friday evening. The Service in MGS Hof exceeded all expectations. Even it was Saturday and I don't speak German they were able to find the root cause of the problem and fix it reliable. The staff was very friendly and they really focused to fix my problem. I was able to continue my trip safely from German to Finland.

Ich war inzwischen zweimal in dieser Filiale- obwohl ich nicht in der Region wohne und auch keine direkte Kaufabsicht habe bzw. nur an einem Gebrauchtwagen Interesse habe ist es mir die 100 Kilometer wert. Ich habe eine tolle und sehr ehrliche Beratung durch Herrn Ott erfahren- der Verkäufer ist aus meiner Sicht ein sehr kompetenter und fairer Verkäufer, der nichts schön redet und wirklich auf den Kunden eingeht. Für den nächsten Ford definitiv eine gute Adresse!

Am 20.11.2020 habe ich meinen neuen Fiat Abarth 595 von der MGS Hof in Empfang genommen und ich muss sagen, dass ich vollkommen zufrieden war. Von der Konfiguration über Sonderwünsche bis hin zur Abholung, der Service war rundum höflich, rücksichtsvoll und zufriedenstellend. Der Verkaufsmitarbeiter war stehts erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit, sowie offen für Änderungen. Persönliche Gespräche mit ihm im Autohaus habe ich als sehr zuvorkommend und angenehm empfunden. Die Abwicklung des ganzen Vorgangs ist ohne Beanstandungen vonstattengegangen. Von mir auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung!
