I have had a pleasant experience every time I go into the office. Dr Kane and Dr Guske are very compassionate and caring about their patients. I have met with the PA and she was extraordinary and all of them take their time with you and I have never felt rushed and I have always left the office with every question answered . I completely recommend if you are seeking quality, professional and friendly and caring health care. Keep doing what you’re doing Suburban Surgical Care!

This place is a joke. A year and a half ago the dr here said I needed surgery. I went in for an exam and then they immediately setup the date for surgery. He only seen me for 5 to 10 min. Cut to day of surgery and they put me under. I woke up only to find they never did anything to me. Dr said nothing was there to remove. Which makes no sense since he told me I needed surgery when I went in for an exam. So then I start getting all these bills for a surgery I never had. The hospital wiped there side of the bill which way more than the others. So I didn’t owe them anything. Now I’m stuck fighting a 37 dollar bill from this place because they can’t admit they made a mistake. They just sent it to collections. A 37 dollar bill!!!! I spoke with the billing department a year ago and she hung up on me. Just called again and she was getting unruly which made me do the same. Sorry to the lady I spoke with since I know it’s not your fault. Her reason behind why they don’t forgive small bills is because if 10 people owe 37 and we forgave them all we will lose 370. I’m not asking you to forgive 10 different bills. Just mine. lol This debt can sit on my credit report for ever because I will not pay it. Still can’t believe they sent it to collections during a pandemic when everyone is hurting financially.

It’s been my experience in life that every once in a while a person can come along and have a rock solid impact on things. It was approximately one year ago when I met such a person and his name I’ll always remember Dr.Jonathon W.Wallace. I needed emergency surgery and Dr.Wallace was referred by my general practitioner Dr.Stephen Behnke. The whole time these two doctors communicated on my behalf to insure my full recovery! I visit the Hoffman Estates office on route 59 and Hoffman Blvd., I have had to wait longer than usual to be called into the exam room but once I get in I am always given adequate time to explain whats going on without being rushed and the PA in attendance has always been very helpful with suggestions on what I should try. All of the staff at this site are extremely friendly and professional.

Dr. Rantis performed a gastric bypass on me on March 18, 2003. That is almost 171/2 years ago. I have been able to maintain a weight loss of 100 pounds. If the surgery had not been done, I might not even be here now, playing with my three adorable grandchildren. Dr. Rantis has taken excellent care of me. I highly recommend him. Laura Yu
