Real nice talker. Don’t be fooled!!! If you pay dealership prices you expect work to be done. Not the case here. Half the work they said they completed and charged, they didn’t. Destroyed the side of my door panel. I waited on them to order a new panel and the clowns had the audacity to tell me, I have to pay labor to replace the panel that their bob builder Mechanics destroyed. Don’t leave your vehicle. If your vehicle is an older model or if you’re a woman, they will take advantage of you and your vehicle and park it on the side and leave it there until you repeatedly call. They may seem nice but don’t stop run and run fast or you will regret it later. I promise you.

HOFFMAN SELLS LEMONS - LOOK AT REPORTS BELOW I bought a turbo diesel truck from Hoffman this summer. On my way home from the dealership after purchasing the truck that day the check engine light came on. Their technicians as well as a third party ford authorized dealer diagnosed the truck to have a engine defect a seized turbo as well as several other things including the braking system and front end. The truck couldn't pass inspection and still hasn't. The General manager Walter Pethick replied to the matter by saying he didn't give a rats a what the technicians had said and wouldn't fix the problem. They stopped answering my calls as soon as I left the lot the day I bought it. \driven by trust\ means nothing to these people it is simply a catch phrase don't fall for it. Don't fall for their response that they care about their customers and they want to accommodate them the best the can either. Unfortunately i was a customer and I can tell you personally they wont answer the phone or even call you back. Do business with people who stand behind what they sell not these guys. HOFFMAN TECH BRUCE MOORE : VERIFIED CUSTOMER CONCERN CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. FOLLOWED PIN POINT TEST FOUND SEIZED TURBO WASTE GATE. NEED TO REMOVE TURBO AND REPLACE TO CORRECT MARCOTTE FORD TECH TIM JOHNSON: VERIFIED CUSTOMER CONCERN : VEHICLE CAME IN WITH CHECK ENGINE LIGHT SHOWING CODE P1249 RAN PIN POINT TEST TO WASTE GATE ACTUATOR ROD. ACTUATOR ROD IS PART OF TURBO AND IS SEIZED. NEEDS TO BE REPLACED TO REPAIR. Lets see if they offer to fix the engine defect the truck had when they sold it to me or they just dance around the fact that the truck was diagnosed the first day it left the lot with an engine defect that their own technicians found as well

Do yourself a favor and drive the distance to Sarat Ford. At least there you get quality customer service. Hoffman’s is what gives car salesmen a bad name. They lie and then when they are caught lying they blame the customer for “shopping prices”. If you try and email the GM, he won’t bother answering you either. The worst experiences every time I have gone there. Never again.

What a great experience. I stopped by on a busy Saturday and was welcomed to the dealership by Nichole. I told Nichole I was a few months out, and just starting my search. Nichole not only gave me the time of day, she also let me test drive more than one vehicle! I had my young son with me, she gave him 2 Mustang posters! What a great experience.
