Service is normally okay but the automatic withdrawal sucks. 2nd time they have not taken payment out when I am set up for auto pay and they do not contact you stating payment was missed. Their response is did you receive the disconnect notice? I set up auto withdrawal for a reason and expect more than a letter. This a cooperative so maybe I will have complain to the board.
