Sehr nett und hilfsbereites Personal. Jedoch zu wenig. Ich habe über 30 Minuten warten müssen, da ein etwas älteres Paar eine umfangreiche Beratung brauchte incl. Reisebüroauskünfte... Da war meine Bahn dann weg. Danke DB für so wenig Personal am Standort. 3 Schalter aber nur einer geöffnet!
