Jay is awesome!!! Great customer service. Got me in and out. Treated me like I mattered and he clearly cares! Was unhappy about the call center that has been answering lately and we were thinking about switching insurances. Looks like Dave hired him because of those complaints and Jay is not a disappointment, good move.

With them for over 20 years for home owners, vehicle, life insurance and retirement - they were great at first and made us feel like they really cared for their customers. The small office staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You could call right in and talk to Dave and receive answers and help right away.. the last few years they went way way downhill. You get sent to a call center and passed around from one person to another and never get any answers or anyone that knows what they’re doing.The only way to get ahold of Dave is for them to send him a message requesting him to call you, because he is always unavailable or out of town, and doesn’t try to get ahold you for a few day later. They turned into bigger company that don’t like to bother with the little guys anymore. Very disappointing.

Contrary to a few negative reviews, I found this business to be exceptional. Dave and his staff are very responsive and amiable. The attention and genuine care I received made it feel like family; I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Hogan Financial.

Overpriced, never there, never updates info and leaves the customer to blame, awkward automated birthday voicemail each year. Update: After calling 3 times to cancel, saying they would cancel it, I now have found that they extended my insurance.

Awful experience. Poor communication in this company. More interested in making sales than listening to clients about their needs and following through. Got in an accident, then found out my coverage was not what I had requested. Staff would not help me and gave me attitude and contradicting information. I was left on my own to figure out how to handle being in an accident and everything that comes with it. As this was my first time, I was scared and not sure what to expect and hopeful that my agent would help me through the process. Many promises to be called back, but wasn't. Had to eventually reach out to corporate to further investigate this giant mistake with coverage that left me in a bad spot as far as getting my own damages repaired. Rates might be okay with this company, but the customer service is absolutely appalling.
