The Obermuhle deserves a rating of at least five stars. My family has been visiting this restaurant for years and each visit is a wonderful experience. First we come to the menu, to this I will say \short and sweet\. Personally, I don't like to go to a restaurant where there is too much choice. The Obermuhle knows what they cook best and that is meat, meat, meat. In the middle of the open kitchen a large open grill allows for the preperation of beek, pork, lamb and fish dishes. A variety of tasty side dishes are listed for choice with the meat dish. The wine list is abundant but my favorite drink is \sekt\ with a homemade holunder syrup. Other then the food, the atmosphere of the restaurant is down to earth and quaint. Old wooden tables and chairs and benches fill the courtyard and interior of the restaurant. The decoration is vintage old farmer style. The friendly servers are quick to greet and take your order. The prices are standard for the quality of the food and service. All in all the Obermuhle is a worth the journey to the small town of Hennenthal.

Ein urgemütliches Restaurant in einem alten Gebäude. Es gibt einen tollen Innenhof, wo man auch sitzen kann. Gerade in der aktuellen Corona-Zeit ist hier alles vorbildlich. Es wird auf Abstand geachtet, die Angestellten tragen Mundschutz, alles wird gereinigt und desinfiziert. Die Angestellten sind alle super freundlich und das Wichtigste: Das Essen ist extrem lecker! Fleisch wird auf einem offenen Grill zubereitet, was ihm ein herrliches Aroma gibt. Wenn man gemütlich und in einer tollen Atmosphäre Essen will, kann ich die Obermühle nur empfehlen.
Diese Location hat mich begeistert. Das Ambiente ist urig, gemütlich und echt beeindruckend. Der große Schwenkgrill im Gebäude ist ein Hingucker. Das Essen war wirklich super. Ein Muss für Liebhaber von Gegrilltem . Eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder!
Am besten Reservieren. Zu zweit bekommt man auch mal so einen Tisch. Service perfekt und sehr Aufmerksam. Leckeres Fleisch vom Grill. Beilagen super.
