I used Long island rubbish twice in the last year. If I hat to rate it on my most recent experience I would give it a zero, the 1 rating is only because my first experience went well. I had a 20 yard dumpster delivered, I filled it with dirt, and they picked it up when i called. However, the second experience was very poor. First I called twice, one day apart to get a price quote and got a different price both times. I had a 20yd container dropped off to rip my old roof. They delivered it quickly, the problem was getting it picked up. When i called for pickup they told me they would be there in 2 days, and it took 2 weeks. I called almost every day to find out when it would be picked up and almost every time i was told "definitely by tomorrow". Tomorrow would come and go and I would call again. One day i called 5 times and no one answered, so i called from my cell and they answered on the first ring. I'm fairly confident they knew my number and were ignoring my calls. I will never use this company again.

Long Island Rubbish Removal really came through fast when I needed a Dumpster for a contracting job. The old contractor didn't finish the job and left the home full of trash and rubbish so when our crew came in we immediately called to get a Dumpster for the waste removal and Long Island Rubbish Removal was professional, knowledgeable & just understood the situation better than anyone else we've dealt with before. The homeowner was so happy just to have the garbage removed from his home that was piled up from the previous contractors unfinished renovations and all the rip outs. Sometimes things like this don't get the recognition they deserve but thanks Long Island Rubbish Removal your the best !!
