LOVE Dr. Kathryn Maier in Holden. I never had been a patient at Reliant before she moved there. It's clean and VERY professional. I also love that they offer labwork and mammogram screening in the same building and it's interconnected so I don't have to sit at a registration desk filling out endless paperwork. The staff does it all. I also really like the online portal. During COVid I was able to email Dr. Maier and her staff questions and received answers very quickly. It's a good fit.

I’ve been a patient of three different Doctors here over the years. I’m real pleased with the care. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. The system of nurses and PAs are great and I’ve always felt the doctors have plenty of time for me. I’ve called a few times and quickly get a member of my care team. Also my wife and stepson are Thai immigrants and english is their second language. When we schedule appointments they will arrange a Thai interpreter via Skype. The lab and eye doctor are on site as well.

I waited for Dr. Silva for 45 min last month when I was the first appointment in the morning and my wife just waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes to be seen by him, eventhough there was only one other patient in the entire office. This is completely ridiculous, unprofessional and rude. You have zero respect for our time This is our last time coming here. Stay away from this office!!!

I’ll start by saying that I love the accessibility of this location and that pretty much anything my family needs in terms of normal care can be taken care of here. My only complaint and I’d consider it to be an important one is with the pediatrics office and that on multiple occasions we have called to either attempt to make an appointment for one of our children or to have a question answered. The response we receive is that we will receive a call back shortly from one of the nurses which never actually happens. I don’t mind sitting on hold, but it is very disappointing to have this occur more often than not.
