Quality Drive

Avoid this company, firstly they meet at the drop off and not short stay carpark, same with return. My car was extremely dirty on return but when given to the company it came from a car wash a few days before. The mileage on my vehicle was 50 miles above what I gave it to so definitely they were driving my vehicle. I have front and back dashcam in my vehicle when it was returned both my dashcam were disconnected and turned off. I paid for flex however they do not provide flex in real life, the guy on the phone is very unprofessional and extremely rude and stops picking up your phone. Please avoid

Eagle Meet and Greet, drop off very simple left car on level 4 of T3. Written instructions to return to same place, but after phoning as instructed on our return trip 8 hour plane journey, we had a very frustrating 55 minute wait and not to the place they stated on their written instructions. Cheap yes, Efficient NO. Never again.

Parking is the top level of an in town Slough car park. Car travels less than 1/10th of a mile with this park and ride service. Superb service, always called me back and staff very happy to help. Mini bus driver was a little pushed for time on his journeys but considering he makes the 20 minute journey 10/20 times a day felt safe enough. Thank you.
