Mike is a wonderful man. I purchased our chalet ( 121 second ave) from him in April 2018 nothing was any trouble for him, he must have shown us 10 chalets, He was happy to spend the 3 days with us and answered all my questions of which I had many !! Buying was easy he made an appointment with us and the office signed paid the money and it was all ours on the same day, He also does rentals for owners As per the last review it was not down to him or his company that things were closed,it Has now been sorted out and all units are up for rental so hopefully 2019 everything will be back to normal. Would I recommend him 100% YES !!!!!!! Jill

I booked a chalet in october for end of of july i got quoted 500 for the week and a further 20 each dog as 2 dogs was going when i first booked it . We decided to leave the dogs at home on holiday it would have been too much to look after .as we got to southshore complex i went into the office and said i hadnt taken the dogs so i wouldnt be needing to pay for them . I got told that the person i booked with would ring me back .iv made numerous phone calls and so has the person i went on holiday with chasing it up , its now 20th of august and iv still not had any money deposited in my bank account as i got told id have half the original amount paid for the dogs payed back to me . Southshore used to be my favorite destination but if im going to be brutaly honest . 1 the pub wasnt open 2 the chipshop had gone bust 3 the amusements have had there gaming licence removed for some reason 4 when i originaly booked the holiday i got told all these would be open . I feel let down and i would advise not expect much but a beach and a newsagent when you get there . And access to the beech if you are elderly or in a wheel chair is a no no . Hope my review has helped you make an imformed choice of a holiday .
