I have come to the clinic to help with a sports related injury. Aaron has quickly diagnosed the problem and developed a stretching and strengthening routine that sorted me out after 5 sessions. The service is super friendly and the staff are trying as best as they can to accommodate patients despite the covid restrictions. Email communication and online support service is fast and professional. Should I ever need physio again I know where to go!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! If you look at all reviews they are suspiciously all almost just 1* or 5*. I’ve just come out of a 1 hour massage that I cut short after 30 minutes, literally just posting as I’m coming out. The place is dodgy, the treatment room was upstairs and there was a washing (!!) machine and dirty cupboards in it. The bed had old, dirty towels and the lady just put a paper towel on top of it. The massage was the worst I’ve ever had, she practically rubbed oil on my cheeks and massaged my face for 20mins after which I asked her to do my neck. She started “massaging” with one hand, with the other sometimes checking her phone. I never say anything but this time it was too much and I just asked her to stop and to redeem the other half an hour. Not sure I’m gonna get that back but I’ll call Groupon. Don’t ever come here!!! Four years since my last visit, which was successful. Not sure why I didn’t return straight away once I had severe neck and shoulder pain. The best decision I made was booking some osteopathy treatment. Three months of pain, plenty of painkillers, and after three sessions, they’ve addressed the problem and got me mobile again. Cannot thank you enough, looking forward to the next session.
Today I had my 1st session of physiotherapy with Kin Reyes, at Holistic Healthcare Clinics. It was such a good experience that I already booked the next 2 sessions. Kin was patient with me, he was explaining each step he made and continuously asking me if I feel any pain. He was acting professionally all the time, but also made me feel comfortable and overall offered me a great 1st experience of sports therapy. I already feel less pain in my lower back area so thank you so much, Kin. I am really looking forward for the next visit.
Absolutely brilliant!! Despite going to yoga, I still had a lot of issues with my back and neck and that’s how you know you need to see a professional and that’s what Holistic Healthcare Clinic provides! Professionalism, friendly, expert industry knowledge as well very welcoming which is the perfect combination to make you at ease knowing you’re in the hands of industry professionals who dedicate themselves such as Stephen. He’s absolutely wonderful, he guided me through everything and explained the anatomy of why I was having issues and how to remedy it. Stephen is very patient and dedicated in his profession so you’ll be great hands no doubt. I 100% recommend coming to the Holistic Healthcare Clinic and do ask for Stephen!
