This shop is always well stocked. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Especially the manager (i think shes the manager). I came in with a pushchair and lots of shopping bags whilst heavily pregnant. not only did she make a good recommendation for a product, but she took me to the item and she helped by carrying my bags for me. Bless her. I visited again after having the baby and thanked her for recommending the product and as always she was really friendly and smiley. The customer service in this shop makes it awesome compared to other h&b stores I've visited before.

This is the first time I have ever visited this store. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the well displayed stock. The two staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. The item I purchased was very well priced. Will revisit when the need arises

I recently visited the store at Beaumont Leys and was persuaded to buy vitamins. I was told that should I wish to return the items that this would not be a problem. My partner who is a dietician working in the NHS subsequently informed me that since I eat a balance diet that I did not need these vitamins and that they could in fact be bad for my health. I therefore took the vitamins with the receipt back to the store but was told I could not be given a refund and would have to accept a credit note, I was also told that I could not discuss this with the manager as she had left the store. Upon discussing the situation with head office I was told that I should have received a proper refund and when I again returned to the shop this is what I received, At no tme was I given an explaination or appology. The whole incident has left me anoyed and disapointed and I doubt whether I will buy anything again from a Holland and Barrett Store.
