I reached out to this office about a month ago, since then I have gotten the run around over and over via email, have yet to receive a phone call from anyone to inquire about the needs for my son. Finally got an appointment scheduled for today, only to get an email at 9:05 pm last night letting me know that the Dr's schedule hadn't been \updated\ when she made my son's appointment and he doesn't have any appointments available for another 2 weeks. This is not a hair appointment, or a dress fitting, this is a child's mental health. How am I supposed to trust that these doctors will help my son if I am being treated this way just from attempting to make an appointment?
