I’ve been going here for over 2 years now and I love this place. Super friendly people who really care about eye care. I got my first pair of glasses and contacts from here and they thoroughly explained everything to me.

I had my eye appt a month ago. It is a brother and sister that run the place, sister is the receptionist, brother is the eye doctor. The sister was late to work the day I came in so the brother had to do all the work. She showed up by the time I was done. My insurance allows up to a year supply (2boxes) of contacts. I paid my copays and was told I would receive a call once my contacts came in. A week later, I get a call. I come in and the sister forgot to order one of my boxes of contacts. I have called and left a message, with no response. I still have not received my 2nd box of contacts. Going there today to get a refund and calling my eye insurance to ensure no fraud has taken place. Won't be returning! The eye doctor is great, but he needs to kick his sis to the curb.

Excellent, kind, courteous service. I called to ask if I could be seen for an acute eye problem, as I was driving through the area. They said yes although they were closing in 15 minutes. I arrived in about 5-7 minutes so it was cutting it close. The woman at the front desk (sadly I did not ask her name) was very kind and did not at all express any kind of irritation or impatience, considering it was closing time. I was promptly seen by Dr Holland, who was just as kind and patient. I did not feel rushed. His eye exam was thorough. They also have a Raleigh location.
