I've had R.A. Dudrack replace 4 basement windows on 2 different occasions,and each time they have done a phenomenal job. Its a family run business that takes great pride in their service and products. The crew is polite, professional, timely and efficient. They also take care to clean up the area after installalation. My windows look great, very happy. Highly recommend!!

Very helpful with showing me exterior door options. Gave me a very reasonable estimate. Also discussed options for window replacement. They do far more than just putting in replacement windows. They are capable of making repairs that are found. This is a family business that we have used before with good results. I am sure my new exterior door system will look and function well.

I called on 9/6/2021 to get a quote on window and what do I get when a call not a hello or good morning I get this better beyond. Now to me that's poor customer service and I am not going to spend my money with them.

Window installed 2010. 2020 the window is now showing condensation. I called since the window is life time warranty. 5 months later still waiting. The owners can not hear. Asking me to repeat myself. I was told repeatedly they were ordering a window. Never received a call back. I called the window manufacturer to find out Farley windows went bankrupt and I was SOL. Looks like I’m going to small claims court to my money back.

Extremely uncomfortable experience with representative during visit. Spent less than a minute discussing a new door, rep immediately launched into unprofessional conversation and carried on despite displaying disinterest in subject matter. Extremely uncomfortable as a female.

Don't even consider this "company" if you're looking for windows! They don't return post-sales phone calls and don't even answer the phone professionally (saying only, "Hello" and refusing to confirm that I had in fact reached R A Dudrak Inc). My parents had several windows installed that came from this "company" (I'm being generous referring to them as a company) and have been calling for several months to get a broken one replaced - WITH NO RETURN CALL IN OVER THREE MONTHS! Use this "company" at your own risk and only if you are OK with never hearing from them again after they've installed your windows! UPDATE: After a second attempt to call back and simply find out if they could repair or replace the upper segment of a window they sold several years ago, and instead of answering my question, the owner repeatedly told me to calm down and wanted to know my occupation - which is completely irrelevant to whether or not they could fix the window. It took almost 20 minutes and 7 total calls to find out that the best option was simply to bring the window to Utica Glass (which I did).
