The business is located in an Historic house located in Hollidaysburg. The house was home to the Mattern's family who owned an orchard behind the house. Today the lands of the old Mattern's Orchard is now prime real estate of new homes and a vista park. The neighborhoods of Newry Lane are very scenic and have great views of Chimney Rocks. Too bad Holliday Real Estate doesn't promote the rich history of that area & the very place they reside in! That old house, built around 1860, should be restored and turned into a bed and breakfast and museum!

Ive never seen a company have a bunch of professionals do a ton of work and then 1 day before the jobs complete you tell them to stop and then dont pay them....thats ABSOLUTLEY HORRIFIC. 10,000 out of my mans pocket to build YOUR houses and pay his guys. Do not do work for these people. They don't honor contracts and don't pay!! Their new homes are poorly put together and cheap!! Generally terrible people with fake smiles and bad intentions. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
